    I never had the privilege of meeting khunteta who was the senior IAS officer in Bikaner. He conducted yoga class in the morning time I attended yoga and found that this is the right thing which I was searching after from that day I am regular pr actioner of yoga .I am certified yoga trainer and learn from several institute and organisationl I went many places to enhance my knowledge in yoga .— Like Lonowala pune , kerala shivanand ashram , BKs Iyengar memorial yoga institute pune ,Mysore Astanaga vinyasa style, sadguru yoga style etc. all kinds of classes experiencing as much as possible I am teaching yoga and practicing yoga more than 18 years. I teach yoga in many hotels resorts private classes group classes I would like to share some memories where they get benefited in the yoga obesity, irregular manstrulation periods, headache, asthma back ache stress, anxiety, frozen shoulder as well as men aslo benefited in Hypertension , varicose vains,diabetes ,cough cold, indigestion etc students improved their memory power concentration stamina flexability etc , so many people have benefited from the yoga and acupressure too the list is so long could not explain all of them in few lines.Yoga is a long life learning process and helping others.
